La Terra Da is a young and ambitious project deeply rooted in my familys history. Since the 1930s, four generations have cultivated and cared for the land where the farm now standsmanaged by me, Anselmo DAngiolilloin the locality of Isca, in the town of Ceraso, at the heart of the Cilento National Park.From ox-drawn plows to modern tools, weve witnessed a challenging yet rewarding journey of growth. Our approach to agriculture has always been tied to the land and its traditionsthis is the homeland of the MEDITERRANEAN DIET. We grow and process all our products with full respect for the natural seasons, preserving the authentic flavor of what the earth gives us throughout the year. Our work is guided by the ancient wisdom of local farming, still alive in Isca today.
